This link contains recorded documents for Union County from 1979 to current day. There is a gap in images from 1979 through 1995. We are actively working to add all of these images. Please call or email our office if you would like us to send you a specific document image.
For recorded documents prior to 1979 (DEEDS ONLY!), use the Online Index Books (OIB) search located at the bottom of the search page. These records go back to 1856 for land deeds and 1866 for town lot deeds. You can search the indexes or search a specific book and page. All of these historical records contain images.
