Service fee + mileage will be billed after service for papers being sent from law offices. The Return of Service will not be sent out until payment has been received by our office. Pre-payment of service & mileage is expected for service of no contact notices not issued through the court and papers not coming from a law office. Dictation or directions must accompany all paperwork, giving the Sheriff direction on whom and where to serve the civil paper.
